Job Description

Cerise Healthcare are seeking Support Workers to work with our clients, suppliers of support to adults with Learning Disabilities, at their supported living services in Stoke on Trent.Benefits for Care Workers choosing to work with Cerise Healthcare include:

The roles available are for Support Workers who will be offering care to individuals within the clients supported living services. Support Workers must understand the importance of engaging with the residents and promoting an independent life style.Tasks Care Workers may be expected to undertake include:
  • Personal care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Assistance at meal times
  • Engaging residents in activities
  • Providing companionship
Cerise Healthcare are happy to consider applications for Support Workers looking for full and part time roles. There is a mixture of early, late, long day, sleep ins and night shifts available at this service.Cerise Healthcare require all Care Workers to:
  • Be able to work under their own initiative
  • Be compassionate and understanding
  • Have a good understanding of spoken and written English
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Have recent UK based Health or Social Care experience.
