Job Description

Our established Manufacturing client in Blackwood are seeking a procurement administrator to join them for an on going week by week period to support in their busy procurement team.The roles will fit between the Procurement Team and Engineering/ H&S Team, and it will be a varied roles of general administration, plus the organisation and archiving of materials and documentation.We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong IT skills and an ability to undertake administrative duties.The Person:

  • You will have the ability to demonstrate strong basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • You will be highly organised showing attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills.
  • You will be motivated, show willingness to learn and have the ability to work to deadlines.
  • You will have a positive and energetic approach to work.
  • You will have a strong ability to work in a team environment, and be able to support with a varied tasks.
  • You will have good experience within a similar environment or role.
Our client offer a fantastic working environment, within a friendly and outgoing team. Working hours are between 8am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
