You will be involved in qualifying prospective tenants, identifying their property needs and helping them to find the right rental property. You will be responsible for conductingviewing appointments with prospective tenants and working with your landlords to provide the right marketing support and advice through negotiating a tenancy, and assisting the progress through to move in day. The highest levels of customer service must bedelivered at all times and you will also be expected to generate business referrals to other divisions of The Acorn Group.As a SeniorLettings Negotiatoryou will be rewarded with a generous salary, commission and bonus package plus a car allowance.The ideal SeniorLettings Negotiatorwill have a sound property background, be well presented and tenacious with experience of working to targets and deadlines and with a proven track record in sales or customer service. A negotiator thatoffers outstanding communication and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results.Minimum Requirements:Comission: 7-12%Hours 5 day weekMonday to Friday 9-6pmSaturday 10-4.30pm
