They take care of their employees, evidenced by a low staff turnover, structured training and an overall close-knit work culture across the business.You will initially join the business to undergo 3 months on the job training on a day shift where you will be supported by a friendly and experienced team. Once up to speed, you will work on manual Centre lathes, milling machines, surface grinding and universal grinding machines (2pm - 10 pm shift Monday to Thursday and 10am - 6pm Friday). Work will be mainly unsupervised during this shift. General Toolroom work will be included, working on hot runners and fault diagnostics on the shop floor.
