Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit for a number of posts in an Outstanding School in Blackburn.You will ideally have significant experience of supporting individuals who have a learning disability, autism, physical disability and / or complex health needs in order to be considered.You will also be required to have experience of supporting children / young people.You will support pupils in the classroom and during break/lunch times, ensuring high levels of care at all times.You will need to be confident that you have the strength of character and ability to cope with the challenges this work brings and have personal resilience.Being child focused, motivated, flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to respond to change/flux are important attributes of the post.The working hours will be 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday from September.Please send a copy of your CV toAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
