They pride themselves not only on the quality of their products but on delivering an exceptional customer service and customer experience at every stage.Youll be joining a technical service desk team based in Leyland with modern open plan offices and the opportunity to work from home every Friday. Youll provide support to a UK wide client base. Youll deal with around 15 to 25 calls per day of varyingdegrees of complexity covering the full range of pharmacy software and healthcare solutions, as well as a range of general IT issues covering both hardware and software.
