Job Description

Do you have a passion for technology, great technical skills and an inherent belief in delivering great customer experience Are you looking to take the next step in a career in IT Then this could be just what youre looking for - were recruiting for anumber of Service Desk Analysts for a leading healthcare tech company, with training provided.Could this be your next role They are one of the UKs largest developers of pharmacy software solutions. They pride themselves not only on the quality of their products but on delivering an exceptional customer service and customer experience at every stage.Youll be joining a technical service desk team based in Leyland with modern open plan offices and the opportunity to work from home every Friday. Youll provide support to a UK wide client base. Youll deal with around 15 to 25 calls per day of varyingdegrees of complexity covering the full range of pharmacy software and healthcare solutions, as well as a range of general IT issues covering both hardware and software. Youll be working to different service levels and KPIs, delivering exceptional customerservice and ensuring a superb customer experience time after time.Is this you

  • You love IT and technology and have a great understanding of tech. You might be the go to person for friends and family assisting with all their technical issues! IT is not just a job for you - its a passion!
  • Youve probably studied IT at school, college or University and may have a CompTIA certificate or similar. You definitely want to work in IT and are looking to progress on the career ladder with a company that will train and develop you, giving you a pathinto more technical roles.
  • You already have customer service experience, probably in a phone based role, and an inherent belief in delivering superb customer service and a great customer experience every time.
  • Youre friendly and confident with an excellent telephone manner, keep calm under pressure and want to learn new skills
