Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing the experienced SEO Manager role will be perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast paced business, diving into strategy development, obsessing over all things SEO, with a passion for improving performance and visibilityClient DetailsAs the SEO Manager you will work with one of the UKs largest motor trade organisations, a leading brand in the sector with ambitions for significant and fast growth over the next few years. As a result, they are recruiting for top talent across the marketingteam.DescriptionMain Responsibilities:The SEO Manager will be responsible for:

  • Plan, develop and implement the company SEO strategy
  • Evangelise and proactively promote SEO best practice throughout the business
  • Coordinate agency and in-house resources to grow the SEO lead PR strategy
  • Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, content reviews and other associated research
  • Be hands-on with the implementation of onsite SEO tasks including designing information architecture, on-page optimisation, site audits, structured data implementation and so on.
  • Play an integral role in the development and execution of the content strategy
  • Define SEO KPI frameworks and reporting processes
  • Undertake ongoing and ad hoc research/analysis - Keyword, competitor and campaign
  • Provide feedback on insight on how to best optimise new site developments and provide support for large scale technical SEO projects
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across SEO and content marketing
ProfileExperience:* Passionate about SEO* Creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics* Have experience using SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, Ahrefs etc.* Demonstrate commercial awareness - understanding some of the internal and external trends * Project management and time management* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines is the norm* Excel as part of a team and an organisation which values collaboration* Excellent attention to detail is a mustJob Offer
  • Salary: £40 - £50K (depending on experience)
