Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Coordinator to manage b2b customer relationships, ensuring order fulfilment, delivery a world class customer experience.Client DetailsOur client, based in state of the art offices in Blackburn, is a market leading FMCG business. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior Customer Account Coordinator to manage trade customer orders and relationships.DescriptionDuties of the Senior Customer Account Coordinator role:

  • Drive the overall performance and improvement of the B2B customer experience organization: service levels, OTIF and fulfilment KPIs
  • Effective support of an international trade desk. Working hands on to support the team and provide cover when needed
  • Develop working knowledge of key B2B areas, quickly picking up customer requirements and how these translate to processes
  • Be the first port of call for escalation, offering support across the team, to ensure quick, positive outcomes
  • Work cross functionally (production, fulfilment and supply chain) when needed to deliver positive business outcomes
  • Support in provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs and addressing performance issues
  • Being actively involved in reviewing internal processes
  • To be process compliant through the use of Company standard systems, processes and reports to resolve potential delivery risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement ethos within the department and the business
ProfileThe successful Senior Customer Account Coordinator will be/have:
  • High level of experience working with in a multichannel international supply chain environment
  • Good Commercial acumen and an understanding of the production to despatch process
  • Flexible approach to working - able to jump in where needed
  • Evidence of supporting a growing team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge levels of international logistics and providers
  • Working knowledge of export documentation (Desirable)
  • Experience working with external parties (Amazon, Supermarkets) and 3pls
  • Working knowledge of SAP and order book management
  • Experience using EDI systems and external portals (desirable)
  • Process mapping and identifying pinch points and solutions
  • Evidence of a "get it done" attitude when time is tight, and stakes are high
  • You will be highly determined, self-motivated, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, articulate, well presented person and able to convey complex information
