Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing Dinner Lady presence in stores for one of our largest customers, specifically targeting this retail environment across the UK, EU and USA.The role involves maintaining and building relationships across the existing estate, whilst identifying new opportunities to grow Dinner Ladys consumer base.Project management and coordination skills will be required for new rollouts, balancing speed of execution with attention to detail.With the day-to day-responsibility being primarily with current accounts, the candidate will be an ambassador of the company delivering excellent customer service and growth across the UK and EU in the Petrol Forecourt Station retail environment.Tasks and Objectives

  • Demonstrating "customer at the heart of the sales process" mantra.
  • Understanding and navigating through internal business departments and resolving any blockages to ensure customer service is the priority for all accounts.
  • Contacting the current customer estate to build relationships, maintain contact and facilitate orders.
  • Ensuring the company values of Energy, Adaptive Intelligence & Integrity are engrained from day one, to work as part of a highly efficient team.
  • Ability to self-motivate and maintain momentum.
  • Reducing wastage and cost.
  • Developing, managing and improving throughput-improvement initiatives to ensure the customer and consumer win.
  • Reporting Duties: Efficient reporting on account status, dispatch and throughput monitoring.
  • Ensuring stock availability at all times, in conjunction with internal IMT team.
Skill Set
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic.

  • Highly motivated and target driven individual.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent management skills
  • Able to work remotely with integrity when required.
  • Attention to detail balanced with speed of execution.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
Pre-requisites
  • Able to travel to meet clients when absolutely necessary and safe to do so.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills to build trust and confidence in Dinner Ladys brand with externals.
