Job Description

T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit an O2C Finance Process Lead for a global manufacturing growth the generates of £4bn revenue with operations in Europe, The Americas and Asia. This is a newly created permanent position presentinga unique opportunity to make a significant impact as the group set out on a global transformation program to drive performance improvement, efficiency and consistency within finance shared services.You will be a key member for global strategic projects driven by Global Process Owner organisation and the wider Finance Function including future SAP systems and other technology upgrades.· Hybrid Working· Competitive Salary £45,000 to £50,000 + 20% Bonus & Benefits Package including private healthcareReporting directly to the Global Process O2C as O2C Finance Process Lead your key responsibilities will include:OTC

  • Propose process & role simplification, automation and innovation in alignment with Global Functions and the Business
  • Identify and support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives to support high quality service delivery from the Shared Services Centre(s)
· Support ACR (Application Change Requests) prioritisation & delivery· Leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to drive overall Finance efficiency· Promote a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing.
  • Be responsible for implanting KPIs to measure process quality and productivity for key initiatives.
· Business Partner with Shared Services Centre(s) and country finance organisations, Global Supply Chain & Commercial TeamsTo be successful as O2C Finance Process Lead you will have the following skills and experience:· Qualified to degree level or equivalent. Consideration will be given to qualified candidates with other qualification(s)/experience that demonstrate equivalent technical and learning abilities.· Financial, supply chain or credit management experience together with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the OTC arena.· You will have a thorough understanding of the OTC process· It is essential that you have knowledge of/experience in the followingProven identification of poor processes and implementation of improvementsAutomation of processesCustomer portals, data collection and analytics essential· Knowledge of SAP is essential. Proficient knowledge of Excel, Teams and other Microsoft applications is expected.· Excellent communicator with a proven background of successful stakeholder engagement.· Be able to research and absorb new technology around Analytics and RPA, and challenge current ways of working with data.So, what’s in it for you· Competitive Salary £45,000 to £50,000 + 20%Bonus & Benefits Package including private healthcare· Hybrid Working· The genuine opportunity for career progression.
