Job Description

At Veritas Education we are currently looking for fun, motivated and enthusiastic nursery nurses or early years practitioner who has lots of energy to work within a Nursery or Primary school setting.A sensitive, child centred approach with a strong knowledge of child development 0-5 years. Early years foundation stage knowledge is essential and ideally you have experience with Read Write Inc. We are looking for early years practitioners who can startimmediatley.Experience Required

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification, Early Years/Childhood studies Degree or equivalent
  • Ideally have at least 1 years current experience of working within Early Years.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Experience working within a nursery or educational setting
  • Ideally have Read, Write, Inc experience
  • Carry out children observations and assessments
  • Plan to a very high standard
  • Possess a good working knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent knowledge of behaviour management
  • SEN knowledge would be a distinct advantage, however, this is not essential
