Working for a large, well established and respected employer - were excited to be recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a growing HR team. The role is incredibly busy, varied and interesting and would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoysa fast paced and dynamic role.Relationship building is key, as is the ability to deliver an efficient and compliant HR service. Youll be working closely with the managerial leadership team, giving advice and guidance to line managers throughout the business. Youll ensure processesand procedures are followed within the framework and are legally compliant. Supporting and mentoring other HR Advisors and HR Administrators, youll be happy to share your knowledge with the wider team. Youll be implementing the business/HR Strategy and will help the business to create a culture and people focused approach. Meaningful relationship building and influencing skills will be key, along with using data and reports to track key metrics and use thisdata to make decisions.
