Would you like to work for one of the UKs leading utility companies Would you like the opportunity to work on a wide range of telecoms projects within the same company If so then this could be a step in the right direction!Our client is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Fibre Manager to work on PIA FTTH projects throughout the North West.Salary to £65k | Company Vehicle + Fuel Card | Bonus | Stakeholder Pension | 24 Days HolidayKey Essentials:* Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing Supervisors, Project Coordinators, back office staff, Splicers, Cablers and Poling teams working on network build projects* Dealing with solutions to any issues staff may have with network builds* Overall management of fibre works; helping to create the FTTH network* Ensuring that the program is delivered on time using management processes whilst covering risk mitigation and forecasting* Provide weekly reporting on progress along with risks encountered and/or forecasted* Monitor all SHEQ practices; ensuring that guidelines are adhered to* Ensure that quality failures and service deterioration trends are reported to the client* Monitoring, reporting and escalation of issues with risk mitigation management.
