An external marketing agency has been managing the website and socials but the Directors have realised how much more beneficialit will be to have some in-house, working full-time on marketing initiatives. So thats where we are. looking to recruit their first ever Digital Marketing Executive who can grab things by the scruff of the neck and drive some real value and results intothe business.Responsibilities:This is a standalone Digital Marketing Executive role with a complete generalist focus and real breadth of variety. The business trade to both a B2B and B2C but B2B is where the real growth opportunities lie.Youll report directly into the Managing Director and collaborate with him over marketing projects, however, there will be lots of autonomy given so youll need to be someone who enjoys having that freedom and can manage yourself and time accordingly.Despite having two decades under their belt and servicing the whole of the UK, the brand is still relatively unknown. Itll be your job as the Digital Marketing Executive to change that. Your focus will be to increase the brand presence which will have atwo-fold effect. Firstly, this will drive lead generation but, secondly, itll support recruitment efforts too.The company are in a great place having receive private equity investment a couple of years ago. This has been the catalyst for growth in all forms so now is an amazing time to join.As the Digital Marketing Executive youll have responsibility for creating a variety of social media content that will showcase not only the products they make but what the culture of the business is too. They recently implemented Salesforce as a CRM soyoull take ownership of that, building up contacts and running email campaigns. Youll support with internal communications and help create the right tone for internal and externa comms. Youll manage the budget for paid campaigns and analyse results andROI. Youll support PR activities and award applications.There is absolutely loads to do and an amazing opportunity for you as the Digital Marketing Executive to be in a unique position to set it all up from scratch!Experience needed:As the Digital Marketing Executive you will need to have a couple of years solid, generalist marketing experience under your belt. Whilst youll likely not be an expert in all areas (realistically who is) you have a good breadth of skills in your armoury.Your strength may be writing, or maybe you have a flair for design, or possibly your a creative soul capable of conjuring up innovative campaigns. Whatever your primary strength is, youll also need to have the capability to pick up the rest of the piecestoo.Benefits:
