Vacancy: Contracts Manager Type: Permanent Location: Schemes across West Yorkshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester Type of work: Social Housing Refurbishment - Re-roofing Salary: £36k (salary to be reviewed after successful probationary period) A well-established, and rapidly expanding based Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company have gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place. Due to recentlywinning new contracts which are due to commence imminently, they are looking to expand their team. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will initially be working alongside an existing Contracts Manager on one site, before moving on to manage your own sites. You will be managing and have overall responsibility for multiple Social Housing refurbishment schemes (predominantly re-roofing, but other planned works are undertaken by the company), ensuring each contract is delivered within time and budget.
