About YouYou must have previous experience in Civil Litigation claims handling, as either a qualified or non-qualified fee earner. A caseload with a varied mix of Civil Litigation matters will be considered, including Personal Injury, Credit Hire, and Housing Disputes.Ideally, you will also have the following:• Claimant experience• Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules• Good understanding of the MOJ Portal process• Proficiency with Proclaim Case Management• Exceptional client careAbout the FirmThe Firm is an approved Training Provider, and therefore offer fantastic opportunities for progression.
