Job Description

Business Development Manager / Account Manager / Field Sales - Manchester / Preston / Blackburn / BlackpoolWe are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury health, hair and beauty brand, who you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they own a number of iconic brands and their products are sold in over 100 differentcountries. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for people with a field-based sales experience and a consultative approach.Role:You will be responsible for -

  • Managing an account base of around 100 spending accounts
  • New business and developing a number of warm accounts also on territory
  • Consultative sales approach working to grow your existing accounts
  • Managing your own diary/territory
  • Selling a range of market leading products and acting as a business partner to your accounts
Candidate:The ideal candidate will -
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years field sales experience
  • History of account management and new business
  • Have a stable sales background
  • Someone who is structured in their approach to help build and develop accounts
  • Live on/near the area (Manchester, Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster)
  • Good at building relationships
Package:Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 (negotiable)Bonus: UNCAPPED COMMISSION, paid MONTHLY (very achievable based on current territory performance, OTE £15-20k in first year)Other Benefits:
