Job Description

Area Manager – Digital Workshops to Primary Schools

  • Full time
  • Mix of Office and Home Working plus UK travel to develop Franchisee performance
  • Location: HQ Blackburn / Franchisee Network Birmingham to London
  • Salary: Circa £35’000 to £40’000 base plus qtr and annual bonus circa £8000 with growth
We are searching for a business professional with an interest in education and a passion to help deliver Digital IT development through schools.This Area Manager role is to support a growth digital coding business who develop and deliver digital workshops for after school extra curriculum development in primary education through a growing network of 30+ Franchisees. The workshops are a fun and informativeenvironment for children to develop as they learn hands on how to use digital coding. From game building, robotics to stop-motion animation.Through demand for the business to expand internationally, we have the need to create a brand new role that will oversee the UK Franchise existing and developing network. With 50 enquires alone in a month to register as a Franchisee, the brand is highly sort.Area Manager – Digital Workshops to Primary Schools - Role
  • You will be responsible for driving increased profitability and efficiency through the Franchise network.
  • Promote a positive culture ensuring the Franchisees deliver the business strategy of the brand.
  • Meet regularly with Franchisees to evaluate and support performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Develop operational challenges whilst helping to identify market trends and competitor activity.

  • You will have held a role within business with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams and influence leadership.
  • Exposure and understanding to leading and driving sales and teams to deliver.
  • A keen interest in computers and digital and personally digitally savvy.
  • You will have a confident personality and feel comfortable influencing business changes and challenges.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Motivated. Ambitious. Driven. Innovative.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Be passionate about helping young people with computing, technology and IT.
