Job Description

We are currently working with a professional service business based in Blackburn who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager to join them due to organic growth over the last few years. They are well established with a loyal customer base andpride themselves on their customer service and retention, with a growing workforce and services they are now looking to recruit in this newly created role, working closely with the leadership team.As Accounts Manager your duties will include: -

  • Daily management of the company bank accounts and cash balances/transactions.
  • Management of the company ledgers, including both sales and purchase ledger on a full 360 basis.
  • Process the company payroll system and journals across the Group.
  • Manage all the credit card statements and company expenses.
  • Assist with the company VAT and tax returns.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the production of month end accounts through to trial balance and be able to resolve any queries which may arise.
