Job Description

Administrator/Co-ordinatorWorking as part of the Key Communications teamEnsure client project queries and complaints are addressed and resolvedResponding to all communications email and phone within the team aUse of internal systems and recording notes on each caseManage the diaries and work with the Departmental ManagerDiarise and check any on site visits are booked and completed by ManagersManage and co ordinate subcontractors, chase paperworkMaintain record of works undertaken via the sub contractorsBreak down costs and receipts in order to get the invoice raisedReporting on customer satisfaction levels from survey detailsRecord any concerns raised by the clientBuild strong relationships with clients and contractorsBe highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skillsWorking with various other internal team membersProblem solving and customer care skills essentialDue to the large number of responses, we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
