Job Description

E-Commerce Technical ProjectManager - Bishops Stortford - Hybrid Working & Office - up to £50,000 DOEWe are recruiting anexperiencedeCommerce Technical Project Manager to join our successful client in delivering and managingtheire-commerce platform roadmapand development projectto support their digital transformation.You will need to be an enthusiastic and technically minded professional who has previously delivered technical projects as either a project manager, e-commerce delivery manager,or business analyst in a hands-on role.You must be passionate about web systems and platforms and use your technical skills to improve usability, deliver enhancements, and drive a better online experience for customers. This role will allow you to contribute and shape an exciting digital transformationroadmap!Responsibilities will include:-

  • Shape and manage e-Commerce roadmap
  • Participate in vendor selection and help integrate new technologies into the existing e-commerce setup
  • Devise solutions to technical problems.
  • Work with key partners to ensure end to end delivery of e-commerce developments.
  • Write/Modify scripts where needed and understand eCommerce API integrations.
What YOU need, to be successful:-
  • Experiencedin the e-commerce environment, particularly involving technical projects.
  • Experience in managing technology partners/agencies
  • Script Writing, Javascript
  • Some knowledge/experience of Testing would be preferred but not necessary
  • A good written and verbal communicator with a natural desire want to fix and improve things
  • Comfortable using at least one programming language
  • Knowledge of RDBMS would be ideal
  • Can manage multiple challenges simultaneously
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies
  • Able to prioritise technical developments to suit business needs
  • Commercial awareness
  • A natural, analytical problem solver
