Job Description

eCommerce Executive - £25,000 - £30,000 - Bishops Stortford, Herts - Hybrid RoleOur client, a leadingonline retail sector, is recruiting an eCommerce Executive to join their friendly eCommerce Team to improve usability, deliver website enhancements and improvements to drive a better online experience for their customers. In this hybridrole, you will enjoy the mix of going into the office and working from home.Ideally, you will be a recent graduate in IT, Business or Computer Science or have experience working with web technology looking for an opportunity to move into eCommerce.You will be responsible for:-

  • Managing, implementing, and optimising eCommerce and Digital content by setting up digital campaigns and developing front-end improvements and content updates.
  • Managing and overseeing website improvements, working with the project managers to implement website roadmaps, carry out A/B testing, and run analytics to improve user experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the website and changes to improve conversion.
  • Writing/modifying scripts
  • Using customer feedback to investigate, identify and fix technical issues.
  • Using Google Tag Manager to deploy and support systems such as live chat, cart recovery.
  • Using ETL techniques
What you need to be successful:-
  • Have a good understanding of SQL and Javascript
  • Experience of Google Tag
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Technical mindset and the ability to solve problems
