Job Description

Both you and this role will naturally evolve.Your role as Programme Delivery CoordinatorThe Foundation is looking for a Programme Delivery Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our Beyond Your Limits programme for care experienced young people across the country, working directly with the Care Leader, Programme Leads and Hub Leaders. The Foundations programmes work directly with young people, who face barriers in the labour market, to give them access to employability skills training and valuable paid work experience to help them fulfil their work potential.Main duties include but are not limited to:Programme planning and delivery

  • Deliver exceptional programmes for young people across the country in line with the Foundation business plan and strategic targets
  • Provide ongoing input and support into the development of the Beyond Your Limits programme
  • All administrative tasks related to the delivery of the programme
  • Work with referral organisations (local authorities, virtual schools etc) to recruit and onboard eligible young people
  • Create individual progression plans for young people who join the programme
  • Provide pastoral support for young people in line with the Foundation child protection policies and procedures
  • Recruiting, onboarding and training employers and volunteers involved in the programme
  • Support the development and delivery of programme content and curriculum in line with ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) and RSPH (Royal Society of Public Health) accreditation
  • Coordinating programme logistics including room bookings and catering requirements
  • Scheduling meetings and managing programme mailboxes
  • Updating programme materials and communications
  • Deliver work in line with the Foundation policies and procedures
  • Input into drafting regular progress reports for the Care Leader and Head of Young Peoples Services where necessary
  • Stakeholder management
  • Maintain positive relationships with key young people providers, local schools and colleges, employers, local authorities and key stakeholders
  • Ensure exceptional client service throughout the lifecycle of the programme
  • Work closely with the Care Leader, Programme Leads and Hub Leaders across the Foundation hubs to ensure consistently high standards across all operating locations in the UK
  • Track, monitor, report on and support the Foundation delivered training for employers and volunteers
  • Filter, respond or escalate enquiries from programme volunteers and employers
  • Work closely with the Programme Leads to support the teams of volunteers with planning and delivery of the programmes on each site
  • Coordinate with the Foundation communications team to ensure timely and consistent flow of information across internal and external communications (for example, during the programme recruitment stage)
  • Monitoring and evaluationCollect and analyse data and feedback from the young people, volunteers and employers partaking in the programmes, identifying opportunities for improvementYour experience and knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in an administrative or operational role ideally within the third sector
  • Close attention to detail, accuracy and quality at all times
  • Delivering excellent customer service, to internal or external customers or service users
  • Working in a delivery-focused organisation
  • Developing compliance/quality processes
  • Co-ordinating multiple activities or tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with a range of people
  • Collaboration and flexibility in your team working, whilst also being able to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong and evidenced commitment to diversity
