Job Description

Year 5 Class Teacher, Full time - Based in Great BarrCPSS are currently recruiting for a full time Year 5 Class Teacher to start the beginning of January 2021 for an Ofsted reported Good School based in the Great Barr area.The person who is successfully recruited for this opportunity will be an excellent class teacher who can demonstrate a track record of outstanding teaching practice and has a creative and innovative style of teaching.To be successful, you will need:

  • QTS qualification - Essential
  • Experience with working in the primary setting
  • Experience in working within KS5 - This is highly desired but not essential
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK
  • Be committed to raising standards
  • Have good organisational skills with high expectations of achievement and behaviour
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
  • Have good classroom management skills
