Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer / SupervisorLocation: Birmingham, West Midlands.Salary / Benefits £19k - £32k +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer / Supervisor through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer / SupervisorProfile: Our client is a leading and creditable company within the water hygiene industry, providing the full range of water hygiene services across commercial, industrial and government sites across the UK. They are now looking to take on a competent and progressiveWater Hygiene Engineer / Supervisor based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience carrying out TMV servicing and repairs, cleaning and disinfections of tanks, Showerhead descaling, supervising a team of water hygieneengineers, will ideally have experience working in line with HTM 04-01 working on healthcare sites, experience carrying out basic remedial plumbing duties would be beneficial but not necessary. Applications will be considered from Wolverhampton, Coventry, Solihull, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Tamworth, Cannock, Hinkley, Rugby, Kidderminster, Telford Shrewsbury, Stafford. Experience & Qualifications: " Will have previous experience working within the water hygiene industry, ideally working as an engineer. " Experience in plumbing is beneficial but not needed. " Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety / ACOP L8 guidelines. " Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. " Proficient in using Microsoft office.The Role:" Undertaking temperature monitoring as well as carrying out routine sampling and analysis of water. " Carrying out TMV servicing, repairs and replacements. " Undertaking analysis on closed systems and chemical dosing. " Ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACOP L8 guidelines. " Supervising a team of hygiene engineers, ensuring that work is being carried out in line with health & safety guidelines. " Carrying out small remedial works in line with company needs. " Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients. " Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
