Our client is a highly successful Water Hygiene / Legionella company with a good reputation for delivering professional services to a diverse client base. The company are currently recruiting for a driven and self-motivated Water Hygiene Engineer / LegionellaRisk Assessor based in and around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will in delivering a wide range of routine water hygiene duties. Previous experience undertaking risk assessments is desirable, but consideration will be given to candidates withwater hygiene experience who wish to train into legionella risk assessing. Consideration will be given to applications from Stafford, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Coventry, and the surrounding areas.Qualifications & experience:Will ideally hold the City & Guilds or WMS Legionella qualification and have previous experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor.Must have experience working within the water hygiene industry. Excellent communications skills.A good working knowledge of water treatment Health & Safety legislation. Be flexible with the ability to work independently.Postholder responsibilities: Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments to ACOP L8.Compiling schematic drawings, documents and reports for clients. Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works.Routine control measures through quotations and work carried out based on the risk assessments.Build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.Carrying out cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers.Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.Cleaning and disinfection of CWSTs.Showerhead cleaning.The company is offering a competitive salary, depending upon experience, company vehicle and many other benefits.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Managers (Account/Business Development/Operational) through to Director level.
