Job Description

Part of dnata Group, dnata catering UK specialises in airline catering and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join our dynamic team based in Birmingham. This permanent position is well suited to an individual lookingto progress their career in a supportive workplace. The RoleThe primary focus for the Warehouse Team Manager will be to use the relevant company and customer purchasing and inventory systems, to ensure that all materials are ordered and effectively managed within the required timescales meeting internal and externalcustomer requirements, specifications and schedules.Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with suppliers to follow up on delivery queries, shortages etc.
  • Investigating delivery failures and putting corrective actions in place
  • Reconciling theoretical and physical stock levels, carrying out stock takes as necessary
  • Resolving any quality issues with minimal impact on the customer
  • Utilising in-house systems
  • Due Diligence Paperwork
