Warehouse Inventory Controller - Permanent RoleBirmingham/ Day Shifts£22,000 + Benefits!An exciting opportunity has become available for a leading field service client. This is a great permanent opportunity to join a forward-thinking unique business.The successful Warehouse Inventory Controller will be required to support the Warehouse Team Leader ensuring that work is allocated, monitored and the unparalleled service is upheld. Working day shifts 8am - 5pm in the Heart of Birmingham for an attractivesalary of £22,000 + benefitsAs a Warehouse Inventory Controller your main duties will include:" Communicating work practices and procedures to the warehouse team" Ensure KPIs targets are achieved for each customer" Identify any IT system issues that may affect performance" Checking all orders are picked for handover" Carry out warehouse floor walks" Complete shift handovers" Maintain excellent communication with internal departments and outside partners" Ensuring SOPs are kept up to date in line with ISO standards" Maintain H&S standards and ensure good housekeeping practices are met" Lead and motivate the warehouse teamThe Warehouse Inventory Controller will need to have:" Experience in a warehouse team leader/administrative position" Excellent ability to navigate systems and competent on Excel" Highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude" Ability to solve operational issues" Strong communication and people skills" Full valid Driving licence" Flexible and willing to work extra hours and in different areas of the business" Good knowledge of Health and SafetyThe successful Warehouse Inventory Controller candidate will receive:£22,000 per annum salary25 days holiday plus all bank holidaysCompany pensionLife assurance /DISMedical health benefitsIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or get in touch with Amy Hunter at the Hagley Court Pertemps Office in Birmingham
