A great Warehouse Operative at CTD Tiles will put safety above all else, work well in a team and be enthusiastic about the work they do. As a quick learner, youll be flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for the work you do and alwaysshow good attention to detail.Our Warehouse Assistant roles demand a high level of physical fitness, as you will be using Manual Pump Trucks on a daily basis which will be loading up to 30kg of product, as well as manually moving product to designated areas.This role will be working on our Morning/Early shift, working hours areMonday - Friday: 4am - 12.30noon + overtime is available during peak periods. There is some specific skills and attitudes we are looking for from suitable candidates;

• Ability to load and unload products whilst maintaining their pristine condition
• Good command of English, speaking, writing and reading
• Is a team player with a positive outlook
• Has a strong eye for detail
• Good numeracy skills
• Is happy working in a fast-paced targeted environment
• Has experience of Manual Handling Equipment

What will I be doing in the roleOur Warehouse Assistants are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time, in perfect condition and always working with the customers needs at the forefront. To supportour customers to succeed you will;

• Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
• Pick goods for outgoing orders and placing in loading bay.
• Prepare for and carry out regular stock takes in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate Manual Handling Equipment
• Willingly undertake general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with the loading of company vehicles, ensuring loads are safe and secure.
• All duties to be completed in line with current Health & Safety Guide lines.
• Up to date knowledge of products, technology and regulations are maintained.
• Assist with customers collecting goods in a professional manner.
• Any reasonable duty as requested by your Line Manager.
