  • Wider experience handling other genomic data (eg sequencing / NGS, RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, methylation) or clinical data, with a preference for Illumina or Nanopore sequencing data;
  • Hands-on programming skills in a language such as R, Python, Perl, C/C++ or similar; and
  • Good project management skills.
  • Candidates with knowledge / experience of biomarker discovery or validation, clinical diagnostics, commercial product development, or IVD/medical device quality and regulatory requirements are encouraged to apply. A background in molecular virology would be an advantage for this role.What youll get in returnThe chance to work on a range of interesting projects in a great company atmosphere, as well as being to directly influence the development of the companys growing service division that will make a real difference to patients.Youll also be joining the company as they go into their next growth phase, so there will be chances to further develop your skills and career.
