Job Description

UX DesignerBirmingham (remote/hybrid)Permanent A Sunday Times Top 100 company and the leading digital solutions provider in the UK are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer to join the business to support the delivery of some of the largest and most complex digital transformation projectscurrently ongoing in the UK today.   • Ability to guide the creation of design systems and advocate best practice
  • Contribute to the design and facilitation of ideation workshops
  • Encourage the creation and use of journey and process maps within projects to help with prioritisation and direction of design
  • Be aware of limitations and constraints within technical and business landscape and designs
  • Contribute to research and strategic planning
  • Analyse and review existing Information Architecture and design accordingly
  • Facilitate accessibility audit and usability testing
  • Collaborate with wider project team to encourage the value of UX design as a discipline
Desirable requirements of UX Designer:
  • Experience working in agile delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrable knowledge in user-centred design practices
  • Understanding of Information Architecture, interaction design and visual design principles
  • Previous experience working in a full-service digital agency environment
Benefits:
