Job Description

UX/CX Manager / Central Birmingham / £65-70k + Bens / Financial Services Our client has an exciting, priority opportunity for a UX/CX leader to manage a team of experience design and customer insight specialists transforming the end to end customer experienceThis is an end to end transformative role responsible for defining the target experience across the customer journey, product life-cycle and channel, delivering and measuring the success of ux, setting benchmarks and providing tools for ongoing measurement and improvement as well as continually diving collaboration and efficiency in operational processWe are looking for experience of

  • leading ux/cx design teams towards strategic objectives
  • mapping customer journey, identifying and maximising opportunities for improvement
  • strong project management and sprint techniques
  • story board creation and wire-fame development
  • managing success metrics and kpis
  • testing an measuring new ideation backlog
  • advocate for upskilling team in new ways and methodologies of working
  • UX design and development in a financial services environment would be an advantage
