Job Description

Responsibilities of a Treasury Finance Analyst:

  • Building rapport & relationships to challenge and influence future strategies, outcomes & business decisions.
  • Developing financial & treasury reports for supporting the organization managing Foreign Exchange/banking risks.
  • Accurate reporting for the Finance Division to provide outcomes to help support department objectives.
  • Implementing reporting withing the Treasury Team including continuous business development & projects.
  • Supporting and help preparation of 3 year financial plans while evaluating potential risks
  • Developing new Treasury strategies, procedures & policies.
  • Helping with the support of IRW Staff & volunteers.
  • Take part in activities to help improve IRW reporting standards/practices.
  • Updating charity sector regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure reports are prepared to agreed timeframes.
  • Working with teams across the business on development of new banking portals and closing bank accounts internationally.
Candidate profile for a Treasury Finance Analyst:
  • Qualified or studying Accountancy - specialty in Treasury or Corporate Finance
  • Proven track record of continuing professional development
  • Be able to demonstrate treasury reporting, ideally with multicurrency treasury, international context
  • Experience in International payment processing
  • Experience in accounting environment with experience of foreign exchange risk mitigation
  • Strong technical and analytical skills excel based.
  • To be able to approach tasks and problems with an analytical and innovative mindset
  • Take responsibility for personal development by setting and hitting goals.
  • Provide support to other teams relating to treasury and banking matters
