Job Description

Transport Coordinator An exciting opportunity to join a leading company who are a leader in the utilities sector. Working within the transport department your key duties will be –

  • Monitoring training needs, including updating training matrix, filing training and arranging training as needed
  • Monitoring regular DQC card checks and driver card downloads
  • Monitoring Tachomaster DCRS score
  • Responsible for management of Tachomaster infringements
  • Assisting with monitoring of drivers hours
  • Responsible for completion of OPS64, 65 and 66
  • Updating and reconciling courier log
  • Updating and reconciling defect log
  • Assist with ad hoc courier booking through CFX
  • Preparing and presenting weekly Performance Dialogue Boards
  • Manage weekly call with agency to discuss issues
  • Produce and monitor regular Tachomaster reports
  • Complete regular agency license checks
  • Have clear understanding of Objectives and KPIs applicable to your role and your team
  • Safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLAs/KPIs
  • Daily operations issue management and resolution for transport and with local warehouse
  • Ensuring fleet management (OPS) processes are adhered to
  • Accident and breakdown management via standard operating procedures
  • Point of the contact for all drivers during your drivers duty shift
  • Hours of work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am-2pm, 9am 5pm and 11am 7 pm. The role will initially start on the early shift but over time the successful candidate will be able to work over the three shifts.
