Title: Transaction Services ManagerSlary: £50,000.00 - £55,000.00 + Cash allowance + benefitsLocation: BirminghamAs a result of a significant increase in deal activity and a highly impressive pipeline, this awarding winning BIG4 TS team is looking to bolster its ranks with a highly commercial and career hungry Transaction Services Manager.The successful individual will help to deliver a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, debt financing and IPOs across sectors such as Technology, Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences. You will also be expected to play a significant part in business development and marketing initiatives including developing relationships with some of the UKs most enviable PE houses.This would suit a qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with some form of advisory experience (due diligence or Independent Business review). Applications are also welcome from individuals in a commercial setting in industry looking to get a move into deals.
