Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant (MOSELEY, BIRMINGHAM)£20,000-£25,000 + OTE + Benefits

  • In 2022/23 the average earnings of a Lead Recruitment Consultant at Penguin Recruitment was £45500.
  • Our grades are Consultant, Lead Consultant, Senior and Principal.
  • In 2022/23 twenty two of our Consultants were promoted.
  • It is possible to get to lead Consultant in 12 months but most take closer to 18 months.
We have immediate requirements for Recruitment Consultants at all grades to assist us in satisfying the demands of the Environmental and Engineering markets.Penguin has an established client base of the UKs leading engineering design consultancies and we place predominantly degree educated engineers and environmental professionals into specialist, technical excellence roles.Successful candidates should anticipate full market training via our in-house training program plus mentoring / supervision from one of our many successful candidates.In addition to modern, clean offices and state of the art technology you will be encouraged to participate in our many Penguin Wellness Activities which could be anything from yoga to tennis to a charity event raising money for local causes.Do you earn £45K Our consultants do.
