This new opportunity is working for a very proud independent insurance brokerage based in their new Birmingham city centre office.My client is seeking a Trade Credit Development Executive, where this opportunity could suit someone currently working within this sector, or potentially somebody outside of the trade credit industry who has B2B sales experience and an excellent track recordin winning new business.You will need to have a proactive approach, however, you will be supplied with a vast amount of new business leads, where these clients are already connected to the company via their commercial insurance portfolios. On the basis of this, and with the companyand client having a good relationship, the percentage and conversion rates are very high.It is an ideal time to be joining the business, as the trade credit division is looking to grow in a forward direction. Although at this stage the team is relatively small, as the team grows, there will obviously be further career opportunities and the potentialto develop within.There is the option for hybrid working arrangements, and there would be the requirement to being out on the road, meeting clients face to face. You will have a great deal of autonomy with this role, and you will need to manage your time effectively.With this position, they are offering an attractive basic salary (dependent on experience) from £40K to £60K, plus a very achievable bonus structure, which would mean very high earning potential.It would also be worth mentioning that the company have a very low turnover of staff and it is a very pleasant and happy working environment.Required skills
