We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join an award-winning Contractor with over 40 years experience within the social housing sector. Our Client delivers property maintenance and a range of refurbishment services and are currently looking to recruit an experienced & reliable Tenant Liaison Officer for their project in the Birmingham region.The RoleYou will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for their energy efficient project. This includes works such as external wall insulation, solar panel installations, loft insulation,heat source pump installations etc.Working across the Birmingham region, you will liaise closely with Tenants, Contractors and the Client regarding access to their properties and the programme of works to be completed.You will visit tenants in their properties and advise them of the works to be completed, the dates and duration of works and how this will affect them on a day-to-day basisYou will also arrange tenant forums and open days giving tenants more support and information of the works being completedTo succeed in this position, candidates will need to have previous Tenant/Resident Liaison experience, be able to drive and have their own vehicle as the flexibility to travel to scattered properties will be essential.Site mileage will be provided.Candidates will also need to be personable and have an empathetic approach as works may cause a level of disruption to some tenants so the need to be understanding and sympathetic is essential.BenefitsYou will be joining a company where the turnover of staff is very lowPeople tend to join this company and stay put as the Directors treat their staff as one of their ownThe company is vastly expanding with several new contracts secured so you will be joining them at a time of expansionIf you are looking to build a career.If you are looking to find a company with friendly and approachable Managers, who treat their staff with respect, this is the company for you.Forward your CV to for an informal chat.
