Job Description

A well established organisation in Birmingham are looking for an Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis to help support. This role is offering a long term temporary contract, hybrid working and experience in a reputable business.Housing OfficerBirmingham3 months minimum Mon-Fri schedule£16-£18p/h paid weekly via umbrella Hybrid flexibility offered As a Housing Officer you will be:

  • You will be responsible for a patch of properties which will involve both support role duties, alongside housing management.
  • You will join a successful team of other Housing Officers, who you will work alongside.
  • You will provide support to people with a variety of needs, including offending behaviour, mental health issues, substance misuse, issues around family breakdown, neighbourhood disputes, behavioural problems, anti-social behaviour.
As a Housing Officer you will need:
  • Experience within Housing sector
  • Supported housing experience is desirable
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced environment
