Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Birmingham that is offering hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as a Customer Service Advisoron a Temporary Contract SummaryMaking outbound calls to gain agreement from the customer whilst delivering excellent customer service.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting customers
  • Hitting all key performance indicators for quality of call
  • Providing accurate statistical information
  • Ensuring that all information is updated on the relevant
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships across the business
  • Completing the appropriate administration tasks and updating records
  • Identifying and creating an opportunity for cross-sells
Skills and experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Outgoing and confident
  • Comfortable with negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Target driven and organised
Package and benefits
  • 35 hours, Monday to Friday - 9am -6pm on a rota basis
  • 25 days plus bank holidays - rising to 28 days with length of service
