New EXCITING Opportunity! Immediate Start! Telemarketing Executive!Based in Birmingham AreaFull-Time Temp Contract (Permanent Opportunities for the right candidate) Adecco Birmingham is recruiting on behalf of our client for 3 telemarketing executives to join a large team in their central Birmingham location. You will be responsible for B2B telemarketing within a variety of industries including high tech, logistics,accountancy and technology.This is a full-time role, working hours are 8.30-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30-3.30pm on Fridays. You will be working on a temporary basis for the first 12 weeks and will have the opportunity to go permanent with the company after this point. The initialhourly salary is £10-£11p/h and permanent offers of employment will be subject to successful completion of a 6 month probation period.You will be responsible for appointment making and meeting KPIs including: 100-150 calls per day 10-15 decision maker calls per day 1-2 leads gained per weekThere is also a bonus scheme and incentives for exceeding these targets!You will have an extensive Induction which will cover; handling gatekeepers, overcoming objections, call shadowing and lead generation. The company also offers routes of progression including a field sales route and project management route.Reporting to the Client Delivery Manager and Client Delivery Co-ordinator the Telemarketing role will incorporate the following points. To be a professional and effective telemarketer, meeting the minimum company KPIs. Manage administrative functions of projects as assigned by the Client Delivery Co-ordinator, Client Delivery Manager or Head of Client Delivery. Ensure understanding of objectives and targets of the project, and report project progress to the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager on an on-going basis. Act as back up to Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager as assigned in client liaison situations. Assist Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager in training of temporary workers and new staff. Responsible for quality of qualifiers on assigned projects, ensuring that the lead codes are accurate and that spelling and information contained is both relevant and correct. To shadow the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager, therefore ensuring adequate training is provided to meet your own requirements. Productively grow knowledge base regarding both the IT market place, and also the organisation and its methodology. Inform the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager Team Leader at the earliest opportunity if there are any issues with any of the assigned projects.
