Job Description

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Telemarketers to join our established clients team as soon as possible in a remote working position. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contact centre agent fluent English as well as inother languages to work from the comfort of their own home.The client is based in Birmingham so in office work is available for those wanting to go into the office instead of working from home however, remote working is preferable.Job type: Full time hours, Temporary to permanent placementPay Rate: £10.00 - £12.00 p/h DOEYou will be required to carrying out tasks such as;Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Client Delivery Manager and Client Delivery Co-ordinator the Telemarketing role will incorporate the following points:

  • To be a professional and effective telemarketer, meeting the minimum company KPIs.
  • Manage administrative functions of projects as assigned by the Client Delivery Co-ordinator, Client Delivery Manager or Head of Client Delivery.
  • Ensure understanding of objectives and targets of the project, and report project progress to the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager on an on-going basis.
  • Act as back up to Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager as assigned in client language liaison situations.
  • Assist Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager in training of temporary workers and new staff.
  • Responsible for quality of qualifiers on assigned projects, ensuring that the lead codes are accurate and that spelling and information contained is both relevant and correct.
  • To shadow the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager, therefore ensuring adequate training is provided to meet your own requirements.
  • Productively grow knowledge base regarding both the IT market place, and also the company and its methodology.
  • Inform the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager Team Leader at the earliest opportunity if there are any issues with any of the assigned projects.
  • Ensure reporting figures are accurate.
Person Specification
  • Motivated individual with a "get stuck in attitude"
  • Enthusiastic and conscientious
  • Bi-Lingual is desired
  • Be able to speak/write in any of the following languages; Spanish, Turkish, German, Polish, South American, Swedish, Danish, French and Italian
