Technical / Support Analyst (ANPR / CCTV)Analysts required for new opportunities within a well-established nationwide organisation. You will be supporting the measurement of the ANPR/CCTV performance across the company. Measuring, analysing the reporting data, working with the Dev Team to fix anyissues and raising any support issues over to the right technical support team ensuring they are completed and fixed on time. We are looking for two Analysts to work closely together. It is expected that over time the team will increase and there will be opportunity for you to grow and develop your career to manage other team members. To be successful in this role we are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service skills, the ability to think logically, enjoy problem solving with an analytical mind. Any experience of working with or managing ANPR or CCTV cameras, solvingissues, analysing data would be highly desirable.Skills required:- Service support / operational background- Project management skills- Experience of warehouse management systems or storage faciltiies- Customer service background and used to working to SLAs.- MS office and Windows OS, working knowledge of networksTo 25k plus benefitsBirmingham
