Technical Sales Manager -IBA aggregatesJob Title: Technical Sales Manager -IBA aggregatesIndustry Sector: Aggregates, Concrete Admixtures, Concrete, Precast Concrete, Cement, Asphalt, Heavyside Building Products, Tier 1 contractors, Architects, Engineers, Ground workers, Local authorities, IBA aggregate, IBAA aggregateArea to be covered: NationalRemuneration: Negotiable salary + annual bonusBenefits: Audi A3/A4 car (hybrid or electric) full comprehensive benefits package The role of the Technical Sales Manager -IBA aggregates will involve:

  • Technical field sales position selling IBAA (Incinerator bottom ash aggregates)
  • Supporting the sales up and down the country
  • Targeted to generate business directly from tier 1 contractors (Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Kier Group, Galliford Try and ISG) , local authorities, architects, engineers and ground workers
  • Inheriting a well-established territory
  • Joining a team of 12 that turnover 1.3million tonnes of IBAA per year
  • Project sizes can range up to 500,000 tons
    • The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Manager -IBA aggregates with:
  • Must have strong product understanding and experience with aggregates
  • Ideally have an understanding of cement, concrete, asphalt or heavy side products
  • Must demonstrate a technical understanding of aggregate products
  • Might consider someone with a proven sales track record in the construction industry with tier 1 contractors
  • Would also consider someone with a technical background in aggregates if you have good communication/ presentation skills
  • Driven, organised, strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Someone with excellent presentation skills
