Technical Sales Manager (Construction / Brickwork) £50,000 - £55,000 + Quarterly bonus + Training + Progression + Holidays + Pension + Company car + Mobile, Laptop/ iPadNorth England (Birmingham up to Leeds and surrounding areas) Are you a Technical Sales Manager from a Brickwork or Construction background looking to work with a recognised award winning, innovative and leader in specialist construction systems providing you with the opportunity to work with some of the most recognisableand largest construction projects across the UK within a young but well-established business, giving you the opportunity to progress into regional management This is the opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager looking for continuous professional development and autonomy to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company.This is an autonomous role where you will plan your own diary, for weekly meetings with a variety of decision makers to gain either specification of products or confirming orders from quotes. You will work closely with architects, engineers and developers andinternal teams with the Estimating Department, Structural Team and Project Team.This role would suit a candidate from a Brickwork, Construction or Civil Technical Sales background looking to work with a continuously growing specialist where you will be given tailored mentoring, development, and clearly structured progression opportunities.Job description: * 60% new business - finding and logging new leads to aim converting into enquiries* 40% account management - calls/project specific appointments *Ensure customer order targets and area budgets are achieved or exceeded both personally and in support of wider business.* Targeting key projects within your area and speaking with architects, engineers and developers* Liaising with internal Estimating team on pricing and information relevant to the enquiries brought in.* Involvement in design team meetings.
