A sector-leading company are seeking an experienced, and successful Technical Sales Engineer to join their national sales team in the ‘Power’ products market. This is a national role so you could be managing new and existing clients across the UK. As a salesteam, you will target market segments to grow rather than geographically so customers can be all over the UK. Home location is open, but the ability to use the UK motorway network with ease is ideal.As a Technical Sales Engineer you will bring your existing knowledge and skills in the ‘Power’ sector to generate sales in your current accounts, but also work as a hunter/ gatherer to identify new clients and opportunities to grow sales and the companymarket share.Since Covid, the days of visiting multiple companies face to face over 3 to 4 days per week have changed and more is now completed by telephone, emails and virtual meetings, but face-to-face meetings are still held when needed.This is a technical solution backed sales process rather than just product selling, and you will be the technical interface between the customers and the engineering, manufacturing, and project management departments. A good technical / engineering backgroundis required and ideally seeking a sales professional with knowledge of products such as power supply, semi-conductors, sensors, magnetics and complex electronics.Benefits package of Technical Sales Engineer:
