Job Description

Role Introduction We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services EMEA Consulting team. The primary focus of the role is the technical delivery of implementation projects, both new implementations and upgrades of legal time recording (Carpe Diem) document management systems (NetDocuments) and Involvement with other related products will beas appropriate to technical background and skills, and training. What You Will Do

  • To act as a Lead Consultant on projects primarily relating Carpe Diem (time recording) to DMS and To analyse customer requirements to create accurate system specifications
  • Take overall technical responsibility for the delivery of the technical solution
  • Work with Project Management to delivery resources to deliver well tested technical solutions in line with documented requirements
  • To deliver appropriate technical Administration training to customers and internal Advanced teams
  • To actively participate in the identification and resolution process for project issues and product defects
  • To deliver appropriate technical consultancy to customers and internal Advanced teams
What You Will Have
  • Legal or Professional Services organisation knowledge a strong advantage
  • Experience of a legal Time recording or DMS system
  • Experience of RDBMS and / or Microsoft SQL software installations
  • Experience of a variety of operating systems
  • Demonstratable experience and a solid understanding of SQL
  • Experience of Microsoft Office suite and client platforms
  • Experience of delivering customer facing projects
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, flexible and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and communicate risks to finance and end users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, able to deliver against the interests of the team over individual goals
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive forwards personal development
