You must be adaptable, proactive and strive for excellence in your everyday working life.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the Management, Training and Appraisal of a Team of 3 Security Officers in the following areas:CCTV Management (to ICO2008) and Reporting, Estate Patrolling, Site Inspections, Internal and External Auditing, Incident Management and Reporting, Gen Admin and Reporting, Rostering and Planning Skills, Absence Management & various HR processes.Working Hours and Pattern3 days, 3 nights, 3 rest56 hours per weekMust HavesCCTV LicenceA valid Frontline SIA LicenceA minimum of 2 years corporate security experiencePrevious experience in managing and developing teamsAbility to lead and manage security incidents and escalate appropriatelyFire response/evacuation, intrusion, protests, internal loss & InvestigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional attitude to your work Required skills
