The school require an excellent teaching assistant to work in their SEN department and encourage pupils to achieve the best that they can! Theschool have a great SENDCO and a fantastic team in their inclusion provision who will be able to offer you great support! This is a brilliant opportunity for a teaching assistant looking to utilise their skills and make a difference to the lives of young people.The ideal Teaching Assistant should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be warm, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. As a successfulteaching assistant, you should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour.
