Job Description

The position of Early Career Talent Partner has become available, and this is a truly exceptional opportunity where you will be a crucial part of a large team, taking responsibility for driving and developing new talent.This is a busy, fast-paced manufacturing organisation, and development and training of staff, is seen as a vital part of the business. As the Early Career Talent Partner,you will aim to attract the best early career talent and build the pipeline of home-grown, talented individuals.Collaborating closely with Apprentices, Graduates, Interns, and work experience students, you will be key to being an instrumental part in their experience and career development, as well as supporting other HR projects including Talent Attraction.If you are inspired and motivated to see people flourish and grow, this is the job for you! DUTIES OF EARLY CAREER TALENT PARTNER
  • Collaborating closely with Graduates, Interns, Apprentices and Work experience - reviews as to how their course and work experience are progressing
  • Develop strategies to develop and build a talent pool for the future
  • Partner across the Group to understand business requirements and develop and lead early career strategy development
  • Support wider HR projects and initiatives including Talent attraction
  • Develop strategies how to replace people who are coming up for retirement
  • Support early career employees
  • Working with the community and educational networks such as schools and colleges, to promote the business, and to build future talent pipelines
  • Engaging with the community (Open Days, and Career Events)
  • Ensure positive early careers experiences
  • Support talent succession planning
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of learning
  • Support internal development programmes
REQUIREMENTS OF EARLY CAREER TALENT PARTNER
  • Previous Human Resources Experience
  • Agency Recruitment exposure would be readily considered, due to the high volume and pace you would be familiar with
  • Any previous Early Career Talent experience would be beneficial
  • To be initiative-taking and take huge satisfaction to see peoples careers flourish and grow
  • This would suit someone who is inspired to promote the business amongst schools and colleges
